SQF Level 2 is recognized by the Global Food Safety Initiative (GFSI) and includes certification of our HACCP programs.
This achievement highlights the hard work, commitment and dedication of our employees to food safety. In addition, we could not have achieved this certification without the help and support of our suppliers and customers. The SQF standard requires continuous improvement, so our customers can be assured that our certification does not mean that our efforts end here. Through our GMP audits, internal audits and employee training programs we will continually strive to improve our program and meet the high standards required by our customers.

International Sugars is committed to providing allergen free processing and product storage areas. We purchase only from suppliers who can meet our stringent allergen control standards. We recognize that the industry requires products that are processed and stored without allergens to meet allergic consumers’ needs with confidence.
We have expanded our product line to include gluten free flours and other ingredients to meet the growing demand for gluten free foods by celiac and gluten intolerant consumers.
Our entire facility is nut and peanut free. Employees and visitors are not permitted to bring any nut or peanut containing items into our facility. Our programs include allergen auditing and allergen training for all employees.
